The 33mm diameter handle provides a comfortable grip for pressing exercises and is ideal for heavy lifting. Its extended 240mm loadable sleeve length allows for significantly more weight than traditional dumbbells, making it perfect for advanced lifters.

The rotating sleeves, equipped with bushings and end caps, mimic the functionality of a full-size barbell.

Crafted from straight steel with a black oxide coating, this handle is built to last and withstand heavy use. 

The handle is loaded with space-efficient thin steel plates (sold separately).

Can the dumbbell handle be used for dropping exercises?
Avoid dropping the dumbbell handle from overhead or chest height without drop pads or soft plyo boxes. It isn’t designed to withstand the impact from dropping on hard floor, which could damage the handle or the floor.

Is this dumbbell sold in pairs?
No, the dumbbell handle is sold individually. If you need a pair, please order two units.
